wow, this is an impressive build.
You not only have to have the skill set, you have to have to marbles to take this on.

havent done much latley, but today i swapped out the d70 for a ford sterling 10.25 from a 95 f-350 because i can get 5.38 gears instead of only 5.13,s. and this axle has brakes already installed and thats a plus. and it was 100 bucks. also got my new d60 steering arm and drag link and ordered up my t-case yokes.

The sterling is a step down in strength. Be sure to weld the tubes in place, or they will spin. And it wouldn't hurt to add a truss to better tie the tubes into the center section. Its a common problem.
