Height: 3"
Width: 7"
Length: 6"
This will give you the basic block.
You will then have to decide what angles you want to cut the top, sides, front.
If you want my exact measurements for those, let me know. I'll give them to you and photoshop them on a pic to better explain it. Keeping the measurements consistant will keep everything in proportion.
After you get all the block cut out and all the angles cut, then use a sander or sandpaper to round everything out.
Let me know and good luck.

Not sure. If it has an opening that's aprox 3" , I would say yes.
Donaldson, who makes the prefilter also makes universal Ram Air tops. I just didn't like the look of any I found.
So I decided to design one that I thought would look better.

Here's one last updated pic.
I uses mesh screen from home depot to protect the opening.
I cut grooves inside the opening, put the sceen under a little tension and popped it into the grooves. The tension holds it in place.
I've been tracking gas mileage and it's looking very very promissing.
I want to run more tanks through to get a good average.

Yes, both Safari styles will fit. New and old.
I have the new style that is more aerodynamic and has the water drainage slots. Looks great!
I'll try to get a pic today if I can get away from work
