Nope, sure can't. And it's not just a step, it's pretty much the strongest point of the rocker guards. Jeeps come down a few times right on them and not a bit of damage aside from little scratches. Best product I've gotten thus far IMO.

btw if you got any dents in your rocker panel already, these things cover 'em up pretty good.

Are they just sheet metal screws attaching it to the body panels ?? Or some sort of RIVNUT ???
