very curious to see the build up begin! especially for us x owners to see how you are going to wheel the new jeep and push the d30 around.
any plans on swapping out some parts with your rubi and vice versa?

thanks everyone, i appreciate it and look forward to sharing our build with you 
well, with the rubi getting a dynatrac 60 front and running on 40" tires, we'll most likely try to keep this one a little more modest.... or, at least for a while. don't know for sure but we'll most likely get her up on a 3" lift and 35's in the very near future.
i wish but i'll need to get some parts first. more than likely, i'll be throwing on some stickers and yanking off the factory airdam and swapping out the front bumper with something i already have.
LOL!! it is definitely "cute" and surprisingly zippy around town. our rubi is such a beast that i forgot how peppy the jk was stock.

ok I read your entire shopping story, geez these dealers are being as*wholes again, they need to sell every vehicle possible right now but they are playing games because they know none are being built right now and there is no guarantee that more will be built this year......they seem to think its aug-sept 07 all over again when a lot of dealers in Northeast at least were selling them for the sticker price....I'm glad you did get a good deal though Eddie 
but you know there are some people that would just say ok to the 1000 off

as far as parts go, yeah, i might if it works out but we are picking up some more sponsors and we most likely be working with them and the parts they have as well.
dinky is exactly how i would describe it

LOL!! 40's will be going on the rubi soon but i don't think we'll be doing anything bigger than 35's on this one or.... at least until after sema
