well, in all fairness, our 40's are taller and wider and so, it's not really a fair comparison. but, if you asking about how they did in terms of traction, sidewall strength and things like that, yeah, the nittos rocked!!

Is this trail around south lake? I'm trying to figure where all the trails are up there (besides the rubicon) so we can take our dogs out and have a good time on a simple day trip. Because there are no other jeepers with us I would love to go on these mild and scenic trails and not have to worry about getting stuck anywhere I am not capable of going. Can you suggest some trails for us in the area? Btw did you guys get any pics of the train tunnels up near Truckee?
