Are you still going to run 27-28 PSI in your 37" tires? I'm running my tires at a bit higher PSI and the outer edge doesn't seem to be hitting the pavement as much.

well, we're not done yet but, when we are, this is what we'll have:

• EVO long arm kit with high clearance brackets
• EVO drag link flip kit
• EVO entry level bolt in coil over system front & rear
• 37x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers
• ATX Slab bead lock wheels
• PSC street ram assist
• JE Reel 1350 drive shafts front and rear
• EVO ProTek skid system
• EVO C2 gussets
• EVO front stinger bumper
• EVO rocker skins and rock rails
• LoD rear bumper tire carrier
• Truck-Lite LED headlights
• Truck-Lite LED spot lights
• WARN PowerPlant winch
• Viking synthetic winch rope

we'll most likely be picking up some front chromoly shafts sooner than later but, for the most part, that should be about it.
Thanks for the drill down on the setup. Pretty nice! Be looking to hear more as it progresses. Getting the wife her jeep next march and she likes this build so gives us good ideas

I can't imagine what this set-up would cost but I'll bet it's plenty.
What fun to do it all at one time - great fun!
Beautiful welds shown in your pictures - not their first rodeo obviously - and welding proficiency is an art.
Hopefully I will be able to do the same in process, a little at a time.
Thanks for this write-up - been following vicariously.

Default Exhaust

As the install progresses, please show what if anything is done with the exhaust crossover for clearance and if it creates any problems with your skid plate.

I'll second that on the welds. I just started learning this past weekend and have to admit I have a lot more practicing.

correct. this is an entry level coil over system and it is NOT the evo lever system.
