Been meaning to bump this thread for a while now but, we finally got RubiCAT over to Off Road Evolution so that it can get EVO'd UP!! Here are a few shop pics highlighting its transformation.

Getting our very first holes drilled into RubiCAT...


But, it's all worth it in the end...


We're still waiting on Rocker Guards to finish it up but, even without them, I think it looks pretty badass...


After hacking off all the factory control arm mounts and cleaning up the frame rails, it's time to start burning in some EVO high clearance long arm mounts...

While all that's going on, work begins on getting a set of EVO C2 Gussets get installed on our factory Dana 44 front axle...

Not sure if it'll work but, we thought we'd try to see if we could get a 2007-11 PSC ram assist to work on a 2012...

I see you mentioned running 37s. Planning on sleeving the axle? Or just wait till it breaks and buy new 60

Don't know for sure but, we're hoping so.

Nah, we never sleeved Moby and doubt that we'll need them on Rubicat. We just got what we know we needed and will deal with whatever comes our way as always. In the mean time, we'll be saving for a ProRock 44... maybe a 60

nope. we're just gonna run the stock 4.10 gears specifically so that we can get a good feel for what it's like. if after running it for a while we decide a higher ratio is needed, we'll address it at that time.

we'll most likely be picking up some front chromoly shafts sooner than later but, for the most part, that should be about it.
