I spent 20 minutes drooling over that thing in Vegas....a lot of the parts are in the mopar catalog.

The portal axles I was told are not good at highway speeds and have no provisions for any of the JK electronics (ABS sensors in tone rings). So as much as I want to build something like this for my everyday rig there's no feasible way. On the flip side, anyone who wants to build something like this as a "trail only" rig will soon find its way to much money to beat against trees and rocks :( :(

Did I hear him correctly.."Cat Skin Leather interior." Finally a good use for a cat

Problem with all MOPAR stuff is it is usually rebadged aftermarket items that are more expensive. They have to make their prices competitive and I know they have some unique ideas!! ! I do like the jeep but the standout are the axles.

I've read that they aren't even spec'd for more that 55 MPH, hence not street legal. The theory is awesome, but yes the prices are a huge turn away
