yes. in fact, that's what the hoop was originally made for.

yes, it just bolts up to the frame without needing to do any modifications. as far as fogs go, there is no provision for them so they will have to go. however, i am looking into installing aftermarket lights in place of the factory units and mount them between the winch plate and frame cross member. so long as the watts are the same, i would think i can just plug them into the existing harness and use the same switch.

there was a guy on here that made a housing out of PVC pipe for the stock fogs, something to consider.

It won't fit on the Expedition One without cutting off the D-ring mounts.

Would cutting the fogs off cause any electrical issues? Do
you know the amount if weight this setup add to the front?

I have the PJ no winch stubby. I got it so that I could keep my fogs and put a winch plate on top of it and a simple hoop to protect the winch. I didn't know this hoop existed. I think I found my hoop. I am looking forward to seeing a price.

no, i used to run without fogs for a long time and you will not have any issues with them being disconnected. as far as weigh goes, with the exception of the winch, it's next to nothing... maybe 25-30 lbs. as opposed to 80-120 lbs. or more depending on what steel bumper you're looking at.
