I have a 09 2Dr and installed the OME lift with HD springs, I have the track bar relocation bracket in the rear that came with the kit and a jks adj. up front. My steering is still really flighty and has some decent bump steer, I heard control arms would help with this problem but what should I do first? Front uppers or lowers? Or the rear? I can only afford to do one at the moment lol.
installing a set of front lower adjustable control arms will allow you to lengthen them a bit and that will give you more positive caster. you can also install a set of adjustable uppers and shorten them a bit to give you the same results. you just need to make sure that if you do the latter, you get a set of arms that can be shortened enough as some cannot.

Love this thread. I have the front ARB now, the rear ARB bumper was delivered this afternoon and I have some 17 inch Rubicon rims in the shed ready for 35x12.50 Goodyear MT/R's with Kevlar (I have the 33X12.5s on Sahara rims and shoulda went 35 right off the get-go). Thanks for the ALL ARB JEEP....I just got the IPF headlight kit too....

after seeing this...i am sooo confused about what lift to get LOL. I was looking into the long arm but this looks good as well. How does the functionality compare to your jk with the long arm kit ?

kinda like comparing apples and oranges. this setup offers a nice ride and does well on the trail but long arms, 14" coil overs and 40" tires will allow you to jam through the desert at high speeds and articulate like made on the rocks.
