Powdercoated Hinges w/Stainless Hardware
Powdercoated my door hinges to match the Poison Spyder Rock Armor I put on a few weeks back. Think the stainless hardware looks good and give it a machine look.
I also threw on a Teraflex SS and Gobi Wind Deflector today...

I also think this looks great! but would like more info. Did you strip/sandblast? use primer? How much of a hassle was it to re-hang the doors? I recently noticed a couple small areas where mine are bubbling and may have to do something similar down the road.

I didn't have any issues with the original paint bubbling, just thought it would look good to match the armor.
I had the shop sandblast and spray with the same black texture they used on the body armor. I got the stainless hardware from Fastenal. I can't remember, but I'm about 100% they were M8x1.25-25mm countersunk, 4 per door. I haven't done the hood yet, but will eventually.
I lined the hinges up on the doors best I could where Jeep didn't paint to get them as close to original setting as possible and all doors rehung withou any adjustments.
