I am not sure about this but I thought you meant old army jeep white stars and serial numbers. This is what I have on mine though.

But anywho, it's just a standard old USAF Retired banner, with the "Retired" part hacked off, and some small USAF emblems i had lying around popped on at both ends.
Oh, it's an inside decal too, so i wont damage it scraping the windows or running the wipers.
