I think the guys who did my install painted first. In fact, now that I think of it, I know they painted first because the drying took so long (it was humid at the time) that it pushed them back on installing and they kept my rig an extra day.

I did not dry fit first. I put on about 3 coats of primer (after cleaning the metal of course) then 3-4 coats with a rattle can. I then installed them. Definitely have a second set of hands around.

Digging up an old thread here. Love the look of the psc crusher flares, but concerned and drilling and the potential for rust. Would love to here if anyone has any issues with rust and if you have had any body damage due to taking a hit on these flairs.
