Did you spray the inside of your doors too?

What prep work did you do on the Jeep? Just tape everything off? How did the paint gun hold up to the process?

Also curious about prep work. Did you remove doors to paint? did you paint the handles? All the plastic pieces? Fenders? I'm considering going from black to blue...

Yep, all I did for prep is made sure the surface was clean, took off the flares, tail lights and license plate bracket. And I also taped off the ford handles.

The gun held up great. The only thing is just to keep and eye out for how much is left in the sprayer so it won't shoot out globs when it gets real low. Also make sure to have a piece of cardboard so you can do a couple quick test sprays before you actually spray the jeep so it comes out even, especially when you just filled it back up.

I thinking more and more about this, anyone had experience with since everything in south Texas will either poke, scratch or cut your rig p p

I thinking more and more about this, anyone had experience with Texas brush? since some dont know, everything in south Texas will either poke, scratch or cut your rig if you even look at it. Every one down here has "custom pinstripes" i want to keep the jeep looking new for a while.

This looks pretty sweet and a heck of a lot cheaper than reprinting or a vinyl wrap. I'm curious how it stands up to the elements though. Here in VA we get four seasons.
