I feel your pain man. Dirt road here to. But I really don't mind too much. It's how Jeeps should look.

I did same thing but bedlined my grill instead of paint. Prep, sanded, and sprayed a few coats using an $8 rattle-can of Duplicolor bedliner. It's very durable and bugs just rinse right off. Touchups are a breeze too. Plus I thought the bedliner matched my bumper and flares quite nicely.
