...went to Discount tire yesterday for a rotation of my 315/70/17's. I just hit 40k miles and the tech told me there is more then half the life still on these things.
I've rotated about every 5k.

Finally got my 285/70/18 installed and I love them! They definitely look better in person than pics!! I do notice the little bit of added weight and less travel while rolling to a stop light but its not too bad.
I tried getting my spacers installed at the same time but the tire shop refused to install them along with every other place I've asked the past few days. They all say how they do not recommend them. I haven't heard anything bad about the Spidertrax and still want them on but I don't have the tools or I'd just do it myself.. it seems so easy. Anyway I'm going to someone I know tomorrow that has a auto body shop and I'm hoping he can get them on for me.

Your Jeep came with the tools to do the job! Look in the rear under the storage lid, there is a jack with lug wrench located in there...use these tools to remove a wheel, install spacer, replace wheel. Follow the directions located in your owners manual or on the actual jack to perform the job safely. It's not hard, every person who drives should be able to change a flat...
