I have that problem when I try to look at pictures from my work computer. Somehow they have the pictures blocked for security reasons. I don't have any problems from my home computer.

well i do it on my cell phone and only some pics work

I had/have this problem too. Go to your settings and set your attachment quality higher (I have mine on Ultra). Also select the check-box for "remote thumbnailer" This will help a bunch but some will still not make it... Don't know why.
