I went with the Teraflex 2.5" coil lift w/ shocks and 35x12.5R17 BFG MT KM2s. This kit actually gives you more than the advertised lift- I got about 3.5". If you're interested, check out my thread for more info and measurements:

I went with 33s for the same reason and my tires look too small to me. I can't wait to move up to 35s! Definitely go 35s or you'll be in the same boat as me!

You'll want the 35's. If you got 33's you'll just be itching to get 35's after about a month anyway.
