Default Pics Plz: Half Doors, black 4dr Sahara

Does anyone have pics of half doors, either soft or hard, for a 4dr black Sahara? I considering cause the wife doesn't want to run with doors off during the summer with a one year old.

They are not available from the factory with a Sahara. I doubt anyone will have pics of them. Do you mean tube doors?

Default yellow rubicon 4-door with half doors

It's a Rubicon rather than a Sahara, and it's yellow instead of black, but here is a video of my half-door JK unlimited on the moved. Should give you a pretty good idea of what the half-doors are like. I think if I lived in a cold and/or wet climate, I would probably stay with the full-doors, but I live in a relatively dry and mild climate and am happy with the half-doors.

My sister had a 97 wrangler (don't know what model that was) and her's had half metal doors which were really nice during the summer.

It looks like the doors in the video are what I was taking about, are they solid, basically I'm looking for a false sense of security when driving in the summer, maybe with half soft upper doors.

I got the black because things are always easy to match to the black, and I've seen the full soft doors Bestop offers, but not the biggest fan.

PS The video did help, but good god the music was....how should I put it....off. Sorry just not my choice, but to each his own. Just picking on you, nothing serious, not trying to make enemies on my new forum.

Where did you get the doors from? Price, if you don't mind either?

You are looking to add factory metal half doors to your jeep? Be prepared to get scared, its NOT CHEAP, you'd probably never guess it cost this much

here is link to some on ebay

cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2007-2008-Jeep-Wrangler-factory-1-2-Half-Doors-New-4dr_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742Q2em153Q2el1262 QQcategoryZ33642QQihZ023QQitemZ360119087139QQtcZph oto#ht_1256wt_1197

and thats not bad its costs someone about 1.5yrs ago about 1g more to order and build them himself from his dealer.

Would love to see any additional pics of half doors (any style). I also plan to purchase. Why aren't half doors available OEM for the Sahara anyway?
