When going down steep rocky hills and turning the wheels I get slight contact with the outer edge of the fender flare. I spent about 5 hours on the trail this past weekend and I only hear the rub 3 or 4 time. It's not that big of a deal. 3/4" front coil spacers would probably elimnate it altogether.

Default My Jeep Punisher

I have BFG KM2 285/70r/17 on 17x8.5 MB WHEELS V-DRIVE. I plan on installing a TF BB 2.5 lift.

Nice, clean looking JK...but for some reason it reminds me of an H3.

I know some will think it's a crazy question, but do you have any pics without the mud? I am considering this wheel/tire combo (in a 16") for my black X Unlimited.

Yours looks great - just want to see a relatively clean pic since mine is normally dirty but sans mud.

Here is mine. Kumho Road Venture AT 285/70/17's I do get some rubbing on the back fender flares when I go over bumps. I had four people in the jeep and we were headed out to go offroading.... but forget it with out a lift.. 4 people = Rub city on small bumps. I'm ordering a tf 2.5" bb with shock adapters.

Here are some pics:

Thanks - that looks good. How are the MTZ's on the road? Noisy, any experience in past with treadlife? I like the looks of these but most my driving is on the road - prefer an aggressive look but may go A/T just for comfort, treadlife, noise.
