Default Pic Request: Stock Bumpers with Winch Mounts

I love my Rugged Ridge xhd bumper but it's way too heavy and I only average 4 - 5 off road trips a year. Hopefully I can increase that. I'm thinking of putting the stock bumper back on and making it a stubby. Or I might get a lightweight off road bumper, dunno what options I have yet though..

So please post up pics of your stock bumpers, full length or stubby mounted with a winch. I saw some pictures that had the winch hidden in the bumper. How do you do that? I like it b/c it's a clean look.

Pictures of bumpers that are lighter than the RR XHD would be appreciated too.

Thanks for the pointers. I searched and did find a lot of threads dealing with the stock bumper.

I too am considering a winch install on the factory bumper. I have found a few pictures by searching the web. Hopefully we'll see some posted up here.

Default Warn M8000 on Stock Stubby with Rough Country end caps

Here's one for you. I've since gone to another front bumper and winch, but this worked pretty well for me for about a year.

Nice clean install. Did you do the stubby caps on your own, or did you order the vdp kit?

Haha looks like your jk has glasses on. I like the look. As much as I like the look of a clean bumper, sometimes it just needs something to make it stand out a little bit. What's the name of all the parts you got on your bumper?

I think the kit was from Rough Country. I still have the thing in a pile of parts behind the shop.
