Really depends on what company you go with. RC give you almost exactly 4inchs then add bumpers winch gear tools... I sagged down to about 3 - 3.5 inches of lift. Teraflex you get about 5 inches of lift out of their 4in and they sag less. With a buddies 37s mounted on my jeep I need trimmed flares/bushwackers and about 1 inch spacer in the back and 1.5 upfront to clear them to bump stops.
