Well, with a little bit of guess work and a lot of luck here are my assumptions:

Canon EOS 40D SLR camera
F-Stop = f/4
15 Second Exposure
ISO = 320
10mm focal length
3.625 apature
Pattern Metering mode
Full Manual program
No Flash
