Very cool and I like the leather with red stitching...to bad its to freaking hot with the top off, I could never have it......It would make one sweet looking rescue vehicle!!

It never to hot with the top off! Once you get up to 30-40 it feels good! It has been 100-107 here, I have had my doors and top off all week. I know what you mean about too hot thought!

Idk about you guys but here in LA hot is alot different than hot everywhere else. If it gets 100 then it feels like 120. Its so humid it hurts to breathe. Even at 40mph your face pours with oil and sweat. Then theres the arizona version of hot where its hot and dry but thats arizona and when those people come here they cant take it.

Haven't been to LA, but I'll take your word for it! Its pretty dry here, except Houston! If I every go to LA I'll be sure and remeber to leave my doors and Top on my Jeep!

how did you all smooth the top out? Sanding or what?? How much time and effort did it take?

Yeah, and cockroaches the size of Wranglers. Did a 6 month project there once. Air conditioner ran 24x7. Every time I stepped outdoors, my glasses fogged up and the sidewalks were covered with cockroaches.

At the time, Texas didn't have an open container law (maybe they still don't) -- that was cool.

i agree not my thing but good work. i still cant warm up to those bushwacker flares. way to oversize even for 35 and 37 inch tires

I admire the work it took to do this, but I really can't stand those Bushwacker flares. So far, IMO the ones I have seen are hideous, and I prefer the Xenons or metal tube fenders. The Bushwackers are overpriced and huge!
