Painted Exhaust
Got this idea from here. Plus, it's the only mod I can afford. I have a 4 month old son and a 3 month old Jeep... Diapers or mods??
I would say it's a difficult decision but my wife doesn't allow me to make decisions!!

Just what you see. I am considering doing the rest but haven't committed to cleaning and sanding it yet... maybe on a day that it's not over 100 degrees here in San Antonio!!

Yep I do this mod every couple months. Or when ever the paint burns off the right side of the muffler. I haven't figured this one out yet. I've used primer and high heat paint....

I used dupli-color engine enamel high heat for temps up to 1200 degrees, worked great and no fading since I applied it 3-4 months ago. I also gave it a decent cleaning and a quick sanding first, nothing major though just clean enough..

That's what worked for me... I spent most of my time cleaning it, then a light sanding. I also used the dupli color primer and flat black. So far, no problems and it looks good.
