I think it might be ok...Id have to see it in person tho...

It would be a good replacement part for mirror dents...but then again, I like my mirror dents, its like a badge of honor

Maybe if it was flat rather than diamond plate. I had diamond plate all over my77 cj-5, but that was in the 80's. And it was a CJ. Go for it though, if that's what ya want, do a write-up on it and post it.

I might be going a little over board with this diamond plate thing cause I ordered the sideplates, inner cowling and already have the rear corners with the tailgate cover as well. Just tired of seeing white 4door jeeps with black wheels all over town.

trying to figure out what they actually do
and why you would need them? seems like a waste of money to me that can be put other places on the rig, JMO

I have never installed the "Warrior" cowling cover, but if the fit & finish is anything like their corners and side rockers... good luck. Pictures in my album, "YJ", "TJ" & "Scrambler CJ-8". Each "Jeep" encountered problems, usually the rivets wouldn't sit the plates flush around corners, and the cuts (tail lights and gas opening were off). Still I always liked them. Be prepared for the black to wear off the raised diamond treads.
