Default Our New Rock Lights :-)

Gearing up for Moab we decided that WOL's suggestion of walmart rock lights was a good idea. We could not find the super small ones, so we settled on merely small. They cost 18 dollars per set. The pictures is a little blurry but I think it shows the coverage.

Those really light up the ground. What are those lights called? I looked on the Walmart site and couldn't find any.

The one's Recommended to me were no longer available in my area either, so I used walmart platinum burner series round chrome driving lights. They are about 2 inches in diameter and have a 50W halogen. I went with the 50 to make sure I could run all of them on one switch. :-)

Looks sweet. This has been on my list for a while, not really sure what's holding me back.

Looks great! How many sets did you use? From the looks of the pic I'd guess 3 sets.

Yes, I used 3 sets, totaling 300 watts, and used a KC wiring harness with a 40 amp relay to power them up.

Just the one

The other is tucked up enough to avoid the articulation. I need to fix it before Moab. LOL
