ORFab Tire Carrier Landing Block
Does everyone who has this tire carrier installed, have a gap between the landing block and the tub/body of the jeep?

It's not uncommon at all to have a 1/8" to 1/4" gap. I actually machined my spacer down slightly to get rid on mine but I've seen about 5 other JK's with the gap.

The gap is easily sealed with some RTV type silicon. I used black since my JK is black. The small gap is necessary to some extent because the rear corner body panel has an angle to it and the gap is created on one side as a result. I turned mine down about 1/8" because I felt it was a sticking out a little to far but I still have about a 1/8" gap on one side of the black and a 1/16" gap on the other.
I have the Rotopax version and love it. It's the perfect place to store some gas/water/etc..
