Default OME Nitrocharger Sport Shocks

I just finished installing front & rear Old Man Emu Nitrocharger Sport shocks for 3.5 - 5 inch lift and it is a world of difference from the Skyjacker Hydro shocks that I had. The ride isn't too stiff anymore and actually really comfortable to drive.

and Thank You to David from Northridge4x4 for the great communication, as always, and getting these to my door in 2 days with forum discount & free shipping!

They are a nice riding shock. I bet if they were to change the color to silver and get rid of the plastic boots more people would run them.

LOL

i actually really like the color, and i coated the rear steel dust cover to match the front black boot. i was contemplating painting the diff covers the same color as the shocks & stabilizer

I agree. I bet with a color change they'd sell more too. I know when I first had mine installed Kim was like, "Eeww those are ugly why'd you get yellow?" Didn't take her long but she finally said you know I think it actually looks good with the yellow now.

Has anyone ever cut that black boot off of theirs?

I would, that stopped me from buying them.

Nice shock though.

Yup. I would have put them on my short list, but the yellow shocks on my red Jeep was a deal breaker. Didn't want to paint them. I wound up getting rancho 9000s and LOVE them.
