OFFROAD EVOLUTION 2012 KING OF THE HAMMERS...a production JK in the UNLIMITED Class!!
Off Road Evolution is Proud to announce that we are Raceing EVO1 For Nitto Tire on there New 40 inch KOH Trail Grappler in the UNLIMITED KING OF THE HAMMERS CLASS....
Off Road EVOLUTION has Chosen NOT to race a Buggy or Faux Jeep JK, but rather race our Favorite shop JK, EVO1.
Last Year was a tough year at KOH. Kind of a bitter sweet ending for Off Road Evolution.
We had a tough time with EVO 1, suffering from a catastrophic engine failure only 10 miles into the race.
We had great success with our EVO Suspension also being ran under Larry McRae's Poison Spider JK. He was running Our EVO Long Arm Upgrade Kit along with the EVO Double ThrowDown Front and EVO DTD EvoLever Rear Suspension. Larry did Great until a race ending Ring and pinion failer in Lap 2 close to the end of the course.
Larry did so well with the EVO Lever Suspension that Dave Cole, Owner of King of the Hammer, made a rule that the EVO Lever Suspension can only be ran in the Unlimited class due to the speed that the JK was reaching in the desert portion of the race.
IS THIS THE YEAR?
Can A PRODUCTION JK with off the shelf part Finish the TOUGHEST Race on the Planet....Off Road Evolution will do our best to be the first team to do so.
Off Road Evolution has teamed Up with Dynatrac Axles to take on this task.
Mel Wade will be the Driver and the CEO of Dynatrac, JIM McGean will be Co-Piloting EVO 1.

Good luck! I wish I could be there to support and watch the race. Are you guys still running the 3.8 or did you get around to putting a new engine in it?
