2009 X, 15x8 US Steel Mountain Crawlers, 4.00" Backspacing
The front driver's side rubbed the caliper so badly that it actually locked up the wheel when I first tried to back it out of my garage. I heard "skreee!" when the tire got dragged across the garage floor when I tried to back it out. Spent the next two hours grinding the caliper down with a dremel and a bastard file. Passenger side was fine, no rubbing. Back was fine on both sides too. Just the one wheel required some coaxing. I probably removed 1/16th of an inch of caliper.
I also used the stock center caps from my original wheels and hit them with some Krylon satin black. I think they look pretty good for less than $50 a wheel.
ETA: when I was looking at this thread to determine whether I wanted 15" wheels and what size tire I wanted, I noticed a lot of people never mentioned their tire size, so I didn't want to repeat that trend: tires are 33"x 12.50" Federal Couragias

It depends on the wheel... I have the 15 inch MB72s from Discount Tire only because they didn't require caliper modifications. All my weights are inside... and they needed a lot, lol.
