Smile Oem remote start installed

Today I got the OEM remote start installed on my 2008 wrangler unlimited. Part number 82211437-AD. Its the kit with the two keys.

The dealer installed the remote module, antenna and the hood safety switch, cut 2 keys and program the computer. This cost me a total of 399.27 Cdn. parts an labour. So far its working good..

It makes it so some one can't remote start the engine while you are working under the hood.

Slick. I imagine they only make those for the automatics, huh? Oh well, it was wishful thinking.

Sounds nice! I dont quite understand, that's including re-programming the new keys for the alarm/keyless entry?

They flash the computer letting it know the remote start is installed and the keys are programed from factory I believe.
