Ok, I'm looking for some advice with my tire dilemma. I'm currently riding on 35x12.50x17 Trail Grapplers.

I have decided to go up to 37"s but am stuck between 37x13.5 Mud's or 37x12.5 Trails. I really like the Trail Grapplers a lot but LOVE the look of the Mud's. I like the idea of a little extra width on Mud's too. I DD my JK and am concerned how loud the Mud's are gonna be. I can tolerate a slight to medium increase in noise over the Trail Grapplers but do use my bluetooth for business calls during the day while driving. Hence my dilemma.

Here's a few pictures of my rig and how it currently sits. I think it could use a little wider tire.

I was stuck between these too and the toyo's but wayoflife said the mud grapplers are loud but off road they are better than toyo and trial. Thats why im going with mud grapplers since my muffler is already loud! Haha

LOL..

I guess I'm wondering how loud? I know thats a very subjective question. Let me see if I can make sense out of whats rattling around in my head.

If stock tires are a 0 on a loud scale of 0-10, I'd say my Trail Grapplers are like a 2-3. Are the Mud's a 5-7 or like a 15? lol

The MUDs have really grown on me. I think it depends on how many miles a day your put on your JK

I also am looking at both for my next set of tires. Anyone have mileage estimates on wear?

The trail grapplers wear better and last longer on road.

I have the 35x12.5 mud grapplers and I love the way they look, but on the interstate they are pretty loud, even with a hard top. I usually have to take people off the Bluetooth when on important calls. If most of your driving is in the city at normal speeds, you'll be fine.
