Default New wheels - 15x8 ION 170 with 35x12.50x15 ProComp XTerrains

New rims I got mounted today...

They are ION 170 wheels - 15x8 - 3.5" backspacing, 35x12.50x15 ProComp Xterrains

I am debating a couple of things. Suggestions?

1) Paint the wheels and rings black, keep the bolts chrome.

2) Paint the rings the same color as the Jeep, and keep the wheels and bolts as-is.

3) Leave them alone.

That looks great the way it is! It may look good with the rings body color too!

Default Not enough scratches!

Hey Redrock,

For spending every weekend up at Hot Springs, you shur don't have any scratches on your rig.

It's time for you to take Four Fingers.

Working on my 97's cage this weekend. Might try to make it up there next weekend.

For sure will be going up there on the 22nd for the 4wd hardware run. Be staying at the park thurs night , fri night. Camping with the boys.

Probably try to take the JK also.

AS IS, or Body colored rings. Don't paint the inner though.

lol, yeah I have a few scratches, and check out my rear bumper in the 7th pic above. My skidplate got the heck beat out of it last weekend on Gorge, that's where the bumper got mangled too. I just clean it after every weekend trip (power wash underneath and body, vacuum and wipe down interior.)

I'll be at the park Fri-Sun trail guiding (tailgunning most likely) so I'm sure I'll see you there.

I say go flat black on the rim, and paint the ring Red Rock, leave the ring bolts alone.
