New rubber for a mythical jeep
I've already said my piece about the jeep that was sold out from under me so I won't elaborate here. I would however like to share a few pics of my new shoes for when I finally get the dealership to give me a jeep! When I get them put on I'll be sure to do a review since there isn't a lot of info about them on the web.
Your looking at some cooper s/t maxx 285/70R17 tires mounted on ATX Artillery wheels in teflon.
The last pic shows the tires to be pretty darn close to 33in.

Ya, unfortunitally the largest they make is a 285, wished they had at least a 305 but if the tires gain more popularity I'm sure bigger ones will be offered. As for aggressive AT I'll post a side by side with the stock rubicon tires later today. That will make it easier to visualize just how big those outside lugs really are.

To update!
Took the new jeep out to play in the mud over the weekend and really pleased with how well the cooper maxx performed. They cleaned relatively easy and I felt very comfortable tackling even some of the more difficult mud holes. I even got my first tow in, had to pull my buddies Taco out. He decided to hit a big hole and then completely stop about 1//4 of the way through. He was running duratrac's btw. Below are a few pics.
