New Military Style Decals
Threw some new decals up on the rig today...I think I like to concept, but am considering redoing them ALL in military stencil font (OPINIONS WANTED HERE). The font now matches the stock rubicon font as close as possible, but I think the stencil font would set it off better.
Formated the vehicle reg number Air Force style, and want to put the willy stars on later, but I may change everything over to stencil font like I said.

I like the direction you're going with it. The "1936" part might throw some off cause they will be thinking it's related to the year 1936.
If you do it in military font eliminate the rubicon sticker or stick it over the real fender. I believe if you look at some jeeps from WWII that is were they are... I think
Cool idea, post pics with the star when you get them

I think I am leaning toward the stencil font also. I'm probably gonna head back to the vinyl shop tomorrow and get some prices on a full decal kit for it, stars and all.
The 1936 isn't the year 1936. The Reg number style is the year of vehicle, body style, last 4 of VIN. Similar to the AF reg number, but without the AF specific vehicle type coding. I like it, it's even with 4 characters on each side of the "-" and it individually serializes my rig.
