So today my buddy and started on my new bumper. We made it from 1 3/4 tubing. Eventually it will have a swing away tire carrier w/jerry can holder and hi lift jack mount. Ran out of time but more to follow.

That looks like a pretty cool bumper. Are you just going to leave it as tubing or are you going to fill in the spots between the tubing with plated steel?

The back will be filled leading the front and sides open. I am trying to figure out the mounting for lights w/o filling in too much of the tube. As far as a drawing were just designing it as we go but so far extremely happy w/the way its turning out. Should be able to finish next week

Looks awesome. I like how you didnt notch it out to clear the spare tire. That way the ugly storage tub stays hidden. that was my big issue with the tube bumpers for the JK. Great job!
