Eaton does not make a locker that will fit into a Rubicon housing. If the DV8 housing only accepts a factory type locker (Rubicon, ARB, or OX) - these are the same options for a stock housing.

Dam your right. Eaton does not make a 32 spline E locker.... I just assumed they did. If only someone made 30 spline Front axle shafts I could make it work. I wonder If I could get some custom 30 spline made then I could just use the Eaton 19977-010 part and be done with it. Eaton you are really dropping the ball on this one.

I think you have it backwards, 32 is rear, stock, and a bunch of aftermarket make 30s for the front, it's the bearing size that's different rubicon vs standard D44

That being said the only non rubi D44 you'll find for the front it's aftermarket, Currie etc...

DV8 is high on my list. RCV and 35 spline ARB for a good price.

It's not the axle shaft spline count, it's the locker itself. The Rubicon locker is physically different than a standard Dana 44 locker.

Your right Got the spline count wrong for the front. I really like what DV8 has done to strengthen the front 44. They had some bad info on the site I was looking at the 44 elocker it said it was front or rear for a JK

Yeah their site doesn't have good info on the axle, but their guys on the phone were great, very knowledgeable, had to trim the driver spring perch and they were really cool when we talked to them about it
