I used to have mine like that but be careful 'cause it has side to side play. I burned my evap can after about 3 days. I had to anchor it against the frame to have constant pull towards the outside of the rig. And, I used Woods kit to move the evap can.

I would move the heat shield to above the muffler as well. I mean its not a big deal, but I'm sure it'll get hot for your passengers. Other than that, I like. Nice choice!

Actually you have a very good point, we noticed that during install and took precautions to prevent it. It still has enough "play" to not be hard mounted, but it is pretty secure! Good call though!!!

I have been thinking the same myself, so far no issues (dont have the back seat it). I will probably move the heat sheild or make a new one in the coming weeks though.
