I just installed mine today with my wife. It was heavy as hell. I had to use a skateboard, and a red wagon to get it from out of the house to the driveway. My wife helped me lift it and she is rather small. With the two of you lifting you can do it. Did they send you the cans for the fog lights. They forgot to add mine in the box and when I called they shipped just the outside part. Not the cans for the fog lights. Here is how mine looks.

Im liking it so far and it seams pretty stout. Very heavy when everything is on there.
