I liked the fins on the stock hood not so much here, not diggin the stripes either, maybe just the fins without the stripes

I'm not crazy about the fins or the stripes. How about painting black the raised yellow section on the hood that surrounds that area and leaving the center hump yellow? And you could possibly add one black stripe in the middle of the hump.

Looks good! I think the fins are fine, would need to see it without to really decide though.

I would paint the scoop all black. I think it would look tougher. I can't wait to get this hood.

I think I'm leaning toward keeping the stripes for a while, and finding a better place for the fins.

Maybe on the hinges, or even on the rear of the hardtop.

The Fins have officially been relocated to positions farther out on the hood, off of the raised section, directly in front of the hinges.

Stripes are staying.
Its the first thing my wife has ever said she liked about the Jeep without me having to ask her.
