Looks absolutely awesome though!
Yes I will regear, save a few nickles...maybe a month or so. Im undecided between 4.88 or 5.13, it will be a DD with weekend camping and wheeling.

I just put in the lift alone, I made custom C-gussets, and thats it!

I also did NOT use the cams in the lift, I aligned the steering wheel, set the toein and it drives like a dream. Tires have 27psi and ride well no bounce and are not terribly firm.

You're running a D30 front axle correct and you only put C-Gussets on it? I am curious because I want 37's, but I don't want to have to swap axles for now or at all if I could get away with it.

Looks outstanding! I have a Rancho 4" that I'm getting ready to install on my '09 Sunburst Orange Sahara. I'm going with 35's on my rig, but it looks good with the 37's too. I'll be interested to hear how the flexing turns out.

I'm showing my fam your pics. They have expressed concern over my rig being too big.

I would go 5.38 if I was in your shoes. On my last rig I had 35s and 5.13s and I wanted to go to 37s but I didn't want to lose the power. stock is 4.10s and 32s which is close size wise to 35s and 4.88s and almost exact size wise to 37s and 5.13s. Since the tires and wheels weigh much more than stock the extra gear helps. Just my opinion.

No matter what gear you decide, the jeep looks wicked!

538's are only available on d44's, not d30.

I would go with the 513's. Have pretty much same set up and DD with weekend wheelin and camping as well. Have not beefed up the d30 at all, figured i'd run it till it breaks if it does and then throw in d44 at that time.

Great combo!

I thought it was a rubi for some reason. So change 5.38 to 5.13. lol. I had 5.13s in a 30 and wheeled it. ya just got to be smart.

I love the jeep. I might go 37s on my new mango cause it looks soooooo good.
