Jeep alone fits with plenty of room it fits with the jack with about 2" to spare to the door frame and 1" to the rubber seal trim. We put the rears on in the garage because it was raining and when I backed out to do the fronts my buddy yelled to slow down because we both forgot about the Jack. Glad I had the clearance or it wold have gotten ugly.

Thanks guys for the feedback

One other item I forgot to note is I used the Daystar bump stops at full size with the Mopar tire mount and with the 4.5" BS wheel (17 X 9) and the 35 it gives it a perfect fit. Snug up against the tire and there is not one bit of movement or rattle. The factory bump stops came no where near the tire. They may not be needed but I think they sure help keep any rattles and movement down.

Also got black lug nuts with the package from DTD and they look good with the wheels.

Nagulator's shop will be installing the EVO gussets on Tuesday for extra strength.

Was a little worried about the LocTite on the spacers coming loose but with the electric impact gun they came right off. The AVE base is definitely something I would recommend it made the lifting much easier under the axel. Tires went on quick. DTD did a great job with the balancing and the new TPMS linked right up.

Bumper is super simple but the tire mount to a little more time. Bolting it up was not to bad but you need to really fine tune it so the spring pin drops in smoothly. New 3rd Brake light was very easy to get mounted and wired.

Total time was about 2.5 hours.

From the second pic it's clear who spent the most time wrenching and who spent time taking pics! It does look pretty awesome for a JK though.
