Need winch help
Looking to spend about $400 or less on a winch. Lookin at the Smittybilt XRC-10 and the XRC-8 Comp Series. I'd prefer to get one with a synthetic line. Anyone have either of these winches? Or recommend something else for the money.

There are alot of different oppinions of winches on this forum. I will say from my experience and my needs the Smittybuilt works just fine. I have the X20-Comp 10,000 and no problems.

If you have a 2012 or later you'll need to relocate the evap canister from inside the frame of the driver's side to mount the winch plate or after market bumper.
