JK members...I have finally narrowed down my search for wheels for my Rescue green unlimited! I know I want 33x12.5 Toyo M/T tire on these rims.

Wheels I have narrowed down are:

Procomp 8179 - black rim with chrome lip - classic look!!

Helo Maxx 6 (HE791) Black with chrome lip - like the look of this rim

Eagle Alloy 185's - similar to Procomp wheel.

I would like to see pictures of JK's with either these wheels to see how they will look on my jeep. I am still unsure of size I want to go with 16 or 17's. If you post your pics can you let me know the rim size and tire size you are running. I am leaning more toward's a 16 but like the look of 17's as well.

Also, If you could let me know if you had any rub issues at stock stance and how far the wheel sits out from the stock fenders with your aftermarket rims.

Gone through all the color jeep threads, black rim threads and have yet to see the Helo Maxx 6 (black) or the Eagle Alloy Series 185. I have even typed in a search for all 3 rims and only get the full chrome helo Maxx 6, procomp...no Eagle alloy Series 185. Some of the pictures with Procomp wheels I am looking at don't list if it's a 16 or 17 even looked in the signature. Also, would like to know the BS and how far they sit out from the stock fenders.

If it's easier if someone's got photoshop paste the 3 rims I am looking at on any jeep color.

Thanks for the link....Nice looking rig 2K....the 305/70R17 are they about 12 inch tread width??? The procomp rim's are they 17x8 or 9 inch wide rim & BackSpacing??? I like the look's of the procomp. I see you regeared to 4:88's. Did you have 3:73 rear before...if you did how was it for loss of power going with 34's???

I am still undecided to go with 33X12.5 tire or look at a 33 (285 to 305) with a 12 or 11.5 tread width tire just for the loss of power with a wider tire as I would have no budget for re-gearing in the near future....

I haven't measured the width but that's about right. Rims are 17x9. Backspacing is 4.25" I think, maybe somebody can verify. I had 3.21's and pretty much lost 6th gear with those. It's great now. 3.73's should be liveable, at least for a while.

Great looking rig James......I am thinking the 285's with 16's....The eagle alloy's look sharp very similar to the procomp.....any price difference between eagle alloy vs procomp??
