BINGO! That's what i wanted to see! I like the use of the OEM Tow hooks...kind of cool looking. Are they functional?

What size bolts did you use for to get those hooks installed?

Yes, they're functional. I used (8) 15mm x 4.5 inch machine bolts. A standard 5/8 (.625) bolt was just a little to big to fit through the holes.

You wouldn't have to drill into the bumper.

You could take the CAD drawing to a local metal shop and see if they'd cut the plate for you.
