Shock should be fine, track bar isn't near the ground so it should be fine, caliper should be fine rotor will be the main thing that hit the ground...
My guess is rotor, wheel and axle studs for the lug nuts, oh and I'm sure your missing 5 lug nuts lol...

Glad your OK, I lost a fro t tire courtesy of discount tire years ago....still use em it was a newbie mistake during a slammed day....
