I have the bikini top and the windjammer but not the duster yet. The bikini top has the same ripples that you have so maybe thats just how it is made? my bikini top is jsut the window doesnt cover nearly as much as yours does with the whole sides and mine does slide into tthe duster. I had terrible flapping and I still have some. Idk if its normal or what

do you have the wrap around windjammer or the smaller one that does not wrap arround?
