How about trimming the bumper....? easier and cheaper!

Was the rear end set up properly? Maybe it was already pushed back too far. You said you just recently put on new arms, maybe they just need to be adjusted inward a little. Also, I didn't see the rest of the bumper, but how is the frame?

Yes, maybe I need to adjust the rear lower arms short a little bit. The bumper was taken to the dealer for repair, and now it is fixed. As the matter of fact, the bumper was now a little out of shape due to the heavy pressing machine when repairing, however, the rear bumper is backed on the rear again.
In fact, the steel used for the bumper is really good and flexing, and the Goodyear MT/R with kevalr is tough enough.

same thing happened to me with that same bumper, I should have cut the bumper, but it did not look like it would hit at all!!! by the way I don't think arms would fix it, that bumper is just too long.

How was your tire, the one made contact with the rear bumper?
