I am almost ashamed to admit it.....by myself, without a right angle drill....about 6 hours... maybe I'm getting old....

this is the route I'm going. thank you for sharing!

btw - you said you need to adjust the 3rd brake light... the TF light bracket has enough room to clear the tire, right?

Can you post pics of the brackets inside the rear cargo area?

I plan to purchase the jerry can version of this carrier, but I'm concerned the interior brackets may not work with my Tuffy box.

Easy...it is on the lowet seting now, I could raise it probably 5-6 inches yet.

There are no brackets inside the cargo area. They all mount inside the rear cowels behind the tail lights...The only thing inside the cargo area is 2 bolt heads, one in the rear of each roll bar.

I also love it also because I can run a matching ARB on the back and not sweat wrecking my rear gate like on my TJ.
